What have I been doing with all my spare time?

Well, it's been about 6 months since I last took the time to post something on my blog.  I miss reading about every body's lives and writing about mine.  I'm not quite sure what I am doing with all my free time. (cooking,cleaning, wiping buts, laundry, fixing things, working,etc...)  Our family is doing better than ever.  I am finally figuring out how to be a good and calm mother and working on being more consistent.  Raleigh is loving kindergarten.  His teacher is fabulous and seems to really love him.  Hudson is still loving his preschool and sometimes doesn't want to come home with me.  Sawyer's babysitter is a wonderfully funny lady who has become one of my best friends.  She loves Sawyer like he is her own and I couldn't ask for more.  We all get excited when Bryan comes through the door each night and all yell "DADDY".  I think he feels special!  I hope to keep up with this in the new year and will get pictures up soon.  The boys are too cute, it I do say so myself :)

First of many.......days

So, it is barely 12:30 on my first official day of summer vacation. So far, I went for a run, which is good, managed to feed the boys without any groceries in the house. Managed a shower! While I was in the shower, my boys take all the cushions off the sofas and put them going down the entire length of our stairs and think it is somehow okay to make a giant slide. It is a wonder they are still alive. Then I come down stairs and the downstairs toilet is totally clogged (it is waiting for you Bryan :) ) Raleigh, ease up on the toilet paper, dude!
Took all 3 boys to Target, managed to loose my credit card somewhere after we bought 2 popcorn combos. Thank God for checks. Had to call and cancel that while Hudson was pitching a fit. Sawyer has bullied the cat and eaten most of her food allowance for the day! Yuck! Hudson has rubbed medicated lotion all into his hair so he now smells like he was just released from an old folks home. (I wonder if I can take him back?) We can only find one of all 4 pairs of crocs that the boys own and I keep forgetting to take my medication! ;) Can you say, NAP TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can...

Who are the Lutz boys?

So, It has been since October that I last submitted my last blog about the family. So, I thought I would reintroduce you to the Lutz boys!

Raleigh:
He is beautiful, sweet, loving and then, BANG!, can totally change. I guess this is a typical 5 year old. I think he is trying to prepare me for teenage years a little early. He loves movies, Farmtown and Yaya. In fact, he would go and live with her if he could. He has an infectious laugh and NEVER shuts up! He has a great imagination and believes that all monsters live in Minnesota. He is starting kindergarten in the fall and I can't wait to have him at my school with me everyday! His teacher is going to love him :)


Sawer:
He is delicious! He has the sweetest face, round blue eyes and blond hair. He loves his mom and yogurt melts. He is sitting up and getting better everyday at crawling. His little feet and hands are to die for and I never want him to grow up. He thinks everything Raleigh does is hysterical and likes to climb all over Hudson (I think he is going to be an early wrestler). He says Dada and Gaga. And, no, he has never met Lady Gaga, but does listen to her CD occasionally :)


Hudson:
Is so cool! He has the biggest lips, widest mouth and cutest little lisp when he talks. He sounds like Fez on That 70's show! He loves being tickled, food and his Daddy. He loves playing with Raleigh and is so sweet with Sawyer. He still loves for me to hold him, which I love, and is content just playing with himself. He is dramatic and low-maintenance at the same time. He has my nose, which is the only thing of mine any of the boys seem to have like me, except for my wonderful sense of humor :) His laugh makes me smile and I could seriously eat him up!


Oh, did I mention, he loves FOOD! Look at the size of that mouth...

Here I am...

I miss the blogging world. I miss telling my stories. I miss sharing pictures. And most of all...I miss changing my background. So, with all that, I am back. I will come up with something amusing to share in time...

Oh, I love my boys...

Not much time to blog lately, but I wanted to share that Sawyer is doing great, the boys are adjusting very well, and life seems to be moving along without skipping a beat. Here is are a few recent pics of Sawyer...

On another note, I took all 3 boys down to my mom's last weekend. The boys could not wait to get outside and play. She has boots for all of the boys and they put them on as soon as they arrive and head out into the back yard. Here are a couple of shots I got of them playing in mom's herb garden. Too cute!

My Sawyer...

My Sawyer arrived last Sunday, September 13th at 3:35 pm. He was 9lbs. and 9oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. The doctor induced a week early so that he wouldn't be too big! I can't imagine what he would weigh today, his actual due date. He came into the world incredibly healthy. The only problem he had was that he was tongue tied, so they had to cut that string of skin under his tongue. They had to do it again at the Dr.'s office a few days later because they hadn't cut it quite enough. He got over it really fast and is doing really well. Raleigh and Hudson are adjusting well. As long as I don't give Sawyer one of Huddie's blankets he is AOK! And as long as I can still get Raleigh a snack he is AOK! I will update with more pictures later. He is such a sweet baby...

Life is good...

The Lutz's summer was full of love, laughter, a few fits and the occasional timeout! But I loved every minute of it. We enjoyed doing mostly a whole bunch of nothing. But on occasion, we did get out and explore a bit.

Below is proof that I am growing and growing and growing, and can't wait for the arrival of Sawyer in mid to late September!



Bryan and I enjoyed 4 glorious, relaxing, fun days at Disney's Port Orleans Resort thanks to Aunt Terrie. And thanks to Mom and Dad for watching the boys for us. I know it was a lot of work and Bryan and I really appreciate you. You know your kids are well taken care of when they call you on the phone and tell you not to come home because he wants to live with YaYa FOREVER! Good grief. I asked mom if she could please get on to him a little so he would want to come back home!


Raleigh began to love taking pictures this summer. He has actually taken some pretty good ones and for some reason there are always pictures of his feet! Maybe he will be a photographer. Here is a sampling of his work.

We enjoyed a ridiculously hot trip to the Jacksonville Zoo. Both boys loved the Elephants.

Thank goodness for the splash pad to cool down in. I love Huddie's little belly...

It was so hot, indeed, that we put ice packs on the kids. Huddie had one on his feet!

And what is summer without a cool pair of Shades! Look at those lips!!! MMMMMMM

An educational trip to the Museum is always great. They boys enjoyed the puzzle table more than anything!

I loved spending time with Mom, and I think the boys did too! She is such a great YaYa and my boys are so blessed to have her in their lives.

And the 3 stooges. Boy they are rough, but so much fun. My boys definitely love their cousins and Aunt Jen!

I plan on soaking up every second I can of them this, my last week of summer. More swimming, more napping, more Curious George. It couldn't sound more perfect to me!
